  Jewlery department and managment especially the supervisor is disappointing . Dont take responsibility for there mistakes argues and yells . The worse sales experience. The supervisor smelled of alcohol and said she doesn't care shes just in it for a paycheck! Warning everyone not to buy jewelry here!!!! It doesnt hold up! Go take ur money some place else. People work hard to buy themself or loved ones something and for this supervisor not take it serious is wrong!!

  I'm giving this specific JCPenny only one star (I really wish I could give it a negative number) and JCPenny in general only two stars for the following reasons: - JCPenny didn't finish processing my online sale for shipment until Thursday -- almost a week after I ordered the item. I was fine with that given the holiday and all, but then, for some reason, they didn't batch my transaction. As a result, the authorization for my card expired and the sale hasn't been processed on my end. Now the item has been shipped to the store, but I have no idea how the sale will be handled. They also don't provide detailed enough tracking online that actually shows where it shipped from and the entire process. So, who knows if it's going to arrive early or on time or whatever. - I tried to call the La Vale store and no one picked up the phone in ANY department. I tried for more than an hour and a half during their business hours and no one picked up. Because I waited too long the last time to pick an option to make certain that the phone would keep ringing, that is to say I waited less than thirty seconds to pick the option since it doesn't ring on its own (i.e. callers have to keep selecting the option over and over again), the system automatically hung up on me. Yeah. Lots of fun there. I really wish I had simply paid the extra $5 to have the item shipped directly to my door, but I figured: Oh. I'll be in that area when my package is supposed to arrive. I'll just stop in and if I have any questions between now and then, I'll just call. Ha ha ha... yeah.
